Although a proud Cincinnati native, Kayla discovered her love for teaching group fitness classes while pursuing post-graduate studies in Chicago. She now comes back to her hometown with over 2 years of teaching experience in addition to completing various races and athletic events. Kayla loves the energy that each client brings to class and utilizing music to guide the drills and motivate each movement.

As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, she's very passionate about the role of nutrition and fitness for improved health in everyday life. As a pediatric dietitian by day, she works with children with complex medical conditions and enjoys her volunteer time promoting nutritious meals at a food pantry in Northside. If she's not working or teaching classes, you can find her in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, visiting new restaurants or bars, or traveling to explore new places and to visit family and friends.
