  • Boot Camp

    Boot Camp

    Designed to target all fitness levels, our H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) bootcamp classes burn calories, tone muscle and increase your metabolism. Each class combines 25 minutes of cardio using top quality Woodway treadmills and 25 minutes of strength training on the floor utilizing body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and TRX. Class formats vary throughout the week, each day offering focus on specific opposing muscle groups to ensure balanced workouts and recovery times.

    Our trainers bring dynamic routines, crafted playlists and high-energy encouragement that is guaranteed to boost energy and motivation. With customized, state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, this group training experience will never get boring!

  • In-Trinity

    In-Trinity®

    In-Trinity® was developed based on yoga, Pilates, and martial arts training modalities and promotes physical and mental well-being for all fitness levels. This practice offers means to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and agility. Since it is set at a stable incline, gravity and the negative space underneath the board make progression and regression of poses and movements more accessible depending on individuals' needs for their personal practice.

  • Flo̅t Fitness

    Flo̅t Fitness

    The Flo̅t Aerial program is a comprehensive fitness program using hammocks or "aerial silks" as assistance to counteract gravity. Hammocks are set to a height specific for each person and all movement off the ground is done at hip height. The use of the hammocks provides immeasurable benefits including:

    • Increased flexibility with a deeper, safer and more efficient stretch
    • Relieves compression on bones and tension in muscles
    • Works with gravity so muscles work harder, core muscles become stronger and spinal and shoulder flexibility increases
    • Support for participants with past injuries, allowing them to move in carefully supported ways and work dormant muscle groups
    • Provides focus and stress relief by encouraging mindfulness which builds confidence and relieves tension

    Clients need to arrive to Flo̅t classes 15 minutes prior to the start of class.

  • Yoga & Pilates

    Yoga & Pilates

    Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing, and meditation.

    Mat Pilates is a series of low impact exercises focusing on building a connection between the mind and body by strengthening small stabilizing muscle groups, increasing flexibility, improving posture and bringing awareness to the entire body. This mat based class may also incorporate various props to further enhance specific movements.

  • Every Body Yoga

    Every Body Yoga

    A mat and chair based movement class that focuses on gentle yoga movements, breath, and meditation with an added focus on cultivating an authentic relationship with the body you are in. Acceptance, self-care, and compassion are the root of this practice, which makes it ideal for beginners, those with limited mobility, and bodies of all shapes, sizes and ages. Participants can expect to comfortably move their bodies, stretch, breathe deeply, relax, feel better, and rediscover how their bodies can be their greatest asset no matter what it looks or feels like.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or change class at least 12 hours prior to the start of class to prevent being charged for the class. A cancellation less than 12 hours will result in the client being charged full price for the class.
